What we can and can't tell you
Our supplier specifies the face as carbon fibre. We have not independently verified that, and at this price point a fibreglass or blended face is more likely than raw carbon — so we describe it as composite until we can prove otherwise. If we confirm it either way, this page will change and we'll say what changed.
Two things we can tell you honestly: the textured surface will smooth off with regular outdoor play. That is normal for every paddle in this bracket, not a defect. And this paddle is not on the USA Pickleball approved register — it has no brand or model number, so there is nothing to look up. That matters only if you play sanctioned tournaments. A$79 sits in the entry-composite bracket. Australian brands with local stock and a warranty start around A$139. If you want a paddle you can hold before you buy, or a warranty you can claim locally, buy from them instead — we'd rather say that than pretend we compete on it.

Before you buy
How long will it take to arrive?
10–16 business days, tracked, to every Australian postcode. We make our gear overseas and ship it direct instead of holding Australian stock — that is the whole reason a complete kit is A$69 rather than A$150. If you need it for a specific weekend, order three weeks ahead. If it has not turned up in 25 business days, email us and we resend or refund.
What if I change my mind?
You have 30 days from delivery. The gear needs to be unused and in its original packaging, and return postage is at your cost. Email us first and we will send the address. If something arrives faulty or damaged, that one is on us — send a photo and we replace or refund in full, postage included.
Will several items arrive together?
Usually not. Each item ships from the supplier that makes it, so a paddle and a net will almost never turn up in the same parcel or on the same day. You are not charged extra for this, and every parcel is tracked separately.
Are you Australian made?
Australian owned, not Australian made. Our gear is manufactured overseas — like almost all pickleball equipment sold here — so we do not claim otherwise.
