How long it takes
Delivery: 10–16 business days. Every order is tracked, and you'll get the tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is scanned.
We'd rather tell you that upfront than promise you three days and let you down. Our gear is made overseas and shipped direct, which is how we keep a complete kit at A$69 instead of A$150. The trade-off is that it takes a couple of weeks to reach you.
If you need something by a specific date — a birthday, a holiday, a weekend away — order at least three weeks ahead.
Shipping cost
Flat rate shipping applies at checkout. Free shipping on orders over A$99.
Tracking your order
You'll get a confirmation email straight after you order, and a tracking link within 2–4 business days once your parcel leaves our fulfilment centre. Tracking can take another day or two to start updating — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Multiple items
If you order several items they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. Each item ships from the supplier that makes it, so a paddle and a net will almost never turn up together. You're not charged extra for this.
Something gone wrong?
If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, email us and we'll either resend it or refund you in full. No arguments, no forms.
